1. Why should I register with you? To ensure that you have access to the full range of information and services, you should register with us. To register, simply click on “register” at the top of the page. With your account, you can take part in the various services we have. Some of these services include: Permanent Cart: Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them or purchase them. Address Book: We can deliver your purchases to an address other than yours. This is perfect for sending gifts. Order History: View the history of purchases that you have made with us.

4. Do you do custom orders? Yes, we do custom orders. Simply drop us an email at info[at]starrydesigns.com with your requirements. Alternatively, you can click on “Contact” at the top of the page. Do remember to check out the return and exchange policy on custom orders.
5. Do you gift-wrap? All our items are gift wrapped. If you require all items to be wrapped individually, please remember to mention that at checkout. Individual gift wraps are complimentary for now.
6. How do I enter the coupon code? Enter the code that you have under “Discount coupon” at checkout. Please note that you may only use one coupon per order. Your coupon will be applied to the total and reflected in your cart after you click continue.

2. How do I save my favorites? Simply add your favorites to your cart. They will remain there till you decide to remove them. Items will remain in your cart even after you have logged off.
1. How do I care for my bright silver jewelry? Sterling silver is a beautiful metal that will last for generations with proper care. A good cleaning once in a while will help maintain its luster and protect it from tarnishing. Tarnish starts as a light yellow discoloration of silver. It then starts to change to darker shades of brown as the tarnish gets to be more severe. In extreme cases the tarnishing of silver could look very dark and almost black. To keep your silver jewelry tarnish-free, clean with a clean dry cloth each time after use. Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container or plastic Ziploc bag, as open air will speed up the natural oxidation of the metal. Store it away from direct sunlight and away from heat and that might dry out pearls and discolor the stones. Do not expose your jewelry to hairsprays, perfumes, and lotions. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, or doing chores that require chemicals. Doing the above could harm stones and discolor metals. To remove tarnish, you can use a silver cleaning cloth. For more excessive tarnish, use a silver dip liquid or paste silver polish available in jewelry stores. Be sure to read the cleaning product’s instructions before cleaning, as some are too strong for pearls and particular stones. Some of the chalcedony that I use are dyed. To ensure long lasting colors, please keep the stones away from direct sunlight and chemicals. 2. How do I care for my oxidized silver jewelry? Some of my jewelry has been oxidized for an organic and weathered look. Store them in separate bags as the bright jewelry. Do not use any tarnish-remover on the jewelry, as it could remove the accented finish. Use a treated polishing cloth made specifically for jewelry, making sure to avoid the darkened oxidized areas. If the piece is only partially accented and oxidized, you can use tarnish-remover on the unaccented areas. However, make sure that the tarnish-remover does not come in contact with any dark oxidized finish. |
