We accept all major debit/credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need to sign up with Paypal to pay with a credit card.
If you have a Singapore bank account, we can also accept inter-bank fund transfers. Bank account information will be provided to you at the end of checkout.

Starry Designs will not be responsible for any customs, duties and taxes you might incur in your own country. Please read up on your country’s import fees before purchasing.
All prices on this Site are shown in US Dollars (USD) by default. To get an estimate of the prices in your currency, please choose your currency in the drop-down menu under “Currencies”. Do note that the currency conversion is only an estimate and Paypal will do the correct conversion at checkout.

All purchases are shipped within 3 business days. If paid by e-check, items will be shipped out as soon as e-check clears. Products are inspected for quality assurance, and then shipped in gift boxes/organza bags and bubble mailers. All effort is made so that products reach you safely. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email me at info[at]starrydesigns.com if you have questions about your order.
To redeem your gift certificates or discount coupons, you must enter the code at checkout. After entering the code, price adjustments will be made to eligible orders at checkout. Please see details on your gift certificate or discount coupon for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification.
If you do not use the full value of your gift certificate, it will be carried forward over to your next purchase. For all information regarding purchasing, sending, and redeeming of gift certificates, please check the Gift Certificate FAQ.
This is only available for customers who chose registered mail or express shipping as their shipping method. To track your order, log into your account and go to “Order Status” to retrieve the tracking number.

For international registered mail, the status is available up to the point your package leaves Singapore. Further status of your package is available at your local postal carrier’s website. For example, US customers can check the status by entering the tracking number at the USPS website.
For express mail, full tracking information is provided, up to the point the package is signed for by a recipient.
In the event of damage or loss of mail, please email us at info[at]starrydesigns.com for full details on how to proceed. For damaged mail, please keep the full original packaging.
Due to restrictions by Singapore Post, insurance for registered mail is only coverable up to S$68. Full insurance coverage is only available for Express Shipping with Insurance.
With regards to claims, it can take anywhere between 1 to 3 months to be resolved. Refunds for insured damaged/lost mail can only be granted when we have received compensation from Singapore Post.
Please only proceed with ordering if you accept the above terms. No exchange/refund can be made if an order is damaged/lost while in transit, except for situations listed above.

I will only sell and mail products that are fit for the beautiful you. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, do email me at info[at!]starrydesigns.com within seven (7) days of receiving the item. All queries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, you receive a return/exchange authorization. Items returned without a return/exchange authorization will not be accepted.
The product must be in a new, unaltered and unused condition. Refunds will be issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Your refund will be the full amount paid less shipping and handling. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Do take extra precaution to prevent loss of mail. We will not be able to process a return/exchange should the package get lost during transit.
There will be no refunds and exchanges for sale, custom and made-to-order items.
